Drawing on five years of dedicated practice, we ensure every batch is handled with the reverence it deserves. From ethical wild-harvesting in the forests of Ireland, Lithuania and Ukraine to our specialised low-temperature drying process, we preserve the spirit and safety of the mushroom.
